IN THE SILENCE<\/strong><\/h4>

\u00a0<\/p>

It almost scares me<\/p>

this intimate feeling of peace<\/p>

deep penetrating<\/p>

that gives the sense of suspension<\/p>

of detachment<\/p>

noises and anxieties<\/p>

seem to have vanished<\/p>

in the sweet air<\/p>

of the evening<\/p>

but a sudden thought<\/p>

like the hoarse cawing<\/p>

of a crow<\/p>

among goldfinches<\/p>

merrily twittering<\/p>

disturbs this quietness<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

how long will it last<\/p>

I wonder<\/p>

while<\/p>

in the silence<\/p>

the awe of the elusive<\/p>

of the unpredictable<\/p>

poisons the air<\/p>

and the fears<\/p>

of impending storms<\/p>

destroying the garden of roses<\/p>

with care cultivated<\/p>

over the time<\/p>

invades my mind, my spirit.<\/p>
